We loved our stay here as the location was perfect (if there had been snow) right at the tobbogan hill. Tanya was super helpful and redponsive. Tanjil Creek Lodge is everything you want it to be when staying on Mt Baw Baw. Tania and Richard are excellent hosts and the Lodge is extremely clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Highly recommend this lodge for anyone considering a stay on Mt Baw Baw. We stayed in couples room which we found extremely comfortable and well appointed for our purposes. In room bar fridge, tea making facilities, microwave oven, TV and full ensuite as well as simple code lock for room entry - no keys to lose also escape door onto balcony if ever required. Share facilities equally excellent large fridges and storage, plenty of cooking equipment, dishwasher, plenty of table and bench space. Large Lounge area comfortable gas fire heating in addition to central heating, smart TV, plenty of couches and side tables with modern decor and excellent outlook onto base of toboggan and Maltese ski runs. Drying room at lodge entry functional when returning from outdoor pursuits in snow. Excellent sleep quality heard nothing with young families in other rooms. We had a great stay and owners extremely accommodating to our needs and supplied us with plenty of pre arrival information for seamless trip onto the mountain and also getting bonus 20% discount on our gear at ski hire. Note Tania and Richard both passionate about Baw Baw environment and great resource for ideas and info where to go and what to do in and even beyond the resort precinct. Woz Sept 22

Wow! what a place to stay. The views are amazing with comfortable seating to relax and soak it in. It had everything you could possibly need in the fully equipped kitchen. It was fantastic that there was four bathrooms to accommodate our group of 12. Freezing outside yet so very toasty inside. Tania and Richard provide a comfortable, well equipped and centrally located lodge. The creature comforts of a comfortable bed, tv in each room and private bathroom/ensuite ensures family privacy. It is a full kitchen where you can cook your meals there if you do not want to go out and eat, the lodge is just next to the Toboggan area which is very convenient. It has Netflix in the living room which can give some down time for the kids. One thing that needs to be adjusted, is the heater temperature in the shared kitchen area, it was quite warm. I stayed during the “Green” Season and was pleasantly surprised by the number of things to do including walking, mountain bike riding, frisbee golf, and most of all relaxing with friends in the cosy and warm lounge when back at the lodge and over a wine or two. My room was beautiful; fresh, clean and warm which I really appreciated.   Tania and Richard were super friendly hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.   The views of the gorgeous iconic snow gums and ski runs from my room as well as from the lounge were absolutely stunning. The lodge is central to everything. I can’t wait to book this year to enjoy the snow season and the great downhill ski runs.
